Our standard rate is a reasonable $10, which includes package protection for your precious items. Larger orders or deliveries to rural areas may incur higher shipping costs, ranging from $20 to $100. In such cases, the flat fee might not always apply. We do our best to cover most shipping costs, but as a small business, balancing discounts with shipping realities is a challenge. Our Return and Refund Policy is meticulously designed to respect the unique and irreplaceable nature of each crystal we provide. Acknowledging the natural origins of our crystals means embracing variations such as cracks, crevices, and color differences as inherent and valued characteristics of their beauty.
Packaging Damaged or Lost During Transit:
we understand that some delicate crystals may experience minor shedding. To provide you with peace of mind, all our products are shipped with insurance coverage up to $300 CAD, protecting against significant damage or loss during transit. If you receive a damaged package or if your tracking information indicates that your package is lost, please contact us promptly. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping insurance company to ensure you receive the compensation you're entitled to.
If your purchase exceeds $300 CAD and you are concerned about the potential for loss or damage during shipment, we encourage you to contact us at contacts@nunumineral.com on the day of purchase to discuss available options for additional insurance, which will incur an extra charge. Please be aware that once an item is marked as "delivered" and is subsequently lost (for example, if stolen from your doorstep), Nunu Mineral is unable to control/refund or mitigate such risks under our insurance policy.
Return Policy for None Wearable Items:
We accept returns for items not intended for wearing provided you contact us within 72 hours upon delivery to initiate a return request. Regrettably, we cannot accept returns after this 72-hour period.
Returns for No-Reason-Asking:
Regarding returns for non-wearable items, we accommodate such requests provided the customer covers the return shipping costs. Our dedication to both quality and environmental sustainability is evident in our choice of eco-friendly packaging. While these materials come at a higher cost compared to conventional options, they reflect our commitment to minimizing our ecological footprint. Consequently, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and a $5 restocking fee for these returns. If the returned product and its packaging remain undamaged, we will process a refund within 72 hours of receipt. This refund will be issued after the applicable shipping costs and restocking fee have been deducted, ensuring a smooth and logical process for both parties involved.
Return Policy for Wearable and Customized Items:
Returns on wearable items, including but not limited to Beaded bracelets, bracelets, necklaces, rings, and earrings, are not accepted. This policy is implemented to ensure that every piece of jewelry remains brand-new and unused, as worn items exhibit usage marks. Our limited quantities of unique items mean that accepting returns on these pieces would compromise our ability to guarantee unused jewelry to our customers. Products that are customized or engraved are also ineligible for return or refund.
