Shipping Services:
At Nunu Mineral, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and securely. We utilize Chichat, Canada Post, and UPS for shipping to addresses within Canada and the United States. Our operation runs Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. We aim to process and ship orders within 3 business days of receipt. However, in the event of a delay, customers will be notified via email.
Free Shipping Offers:

- For most addresses in Canada: Free shipping on orders over $99. 

- For most addresses in the US: Free shipping on orders over $150.
Free Shipping Exceptions:

Please note that delivery to remote or rural areas, including northern regions or islands, may be subject to additional shipping costs ranging from $20 to $100 CAD. We will directly contact customers facing higher shipping fees for their specific locations.
Order Processing Time:

Our goal is to dispatch all orders within 3 business days from the placement date.
Shipping Frequency:
We schedule shipments 2-3 times a week to ensure timely delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Greater Toronto Area (GTA): 2 - 3 business days post-processing.
- Other Canadian Addresses: 3-7 business days post-processing.
- US Addresses: 4-9 business days post-processing.

Insurance and Handling of Damages or Loss:
We understand the delicate nature of our products. To offer peace of mind, all shipments are insured up to $300 CAD to cover significant damages or loss during transit. If you encounter any issues with damaged packages or lost items, please contact us immediately for assistance with insurance claims. For purchases exceeding $300 CAD and additional insurance needs, please reach out to us on the day of purchase. Note that once an item is marked as "delivered," we cannot cover losses such as theft from doorsteps under our insurance policy.
Tracking Your Order:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with all necessary details, including a tracking number, to monitor your order's journey. Order Cancellation:
