Regarding returns for non-wearable items, we accommodate such requests provided the customer covers the return shipping costs. Our dedication to both quality and environmental sustainability is evident in our choice of eco-friendly packaging. While these materials come at a higher cost compared to conventional options, they reflect our commitment to minimizing our ecological footprint. Consequently, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and a $5 restocking fee for these returns. If the returned product and its packaging remain undamaged, we will process a refund within 72 hours of receipt. This refund will be issued after the applicable shipping costs and restocking fee have been deducted, ensuring a smooth and logical process for both parties involved.
Returns on wearable items, including but not limited to Beaded bracelets, bracelets, necklaces, rings, and earrings, are not accepted. This policy is implemented to ensure that every piece of jewelry remains brand-new and unused, as worn items exhibit usage marks. Our limited quantities of unique items mean that accepting returns on these pieces would compromise our ability to guarantee unused jewelry to our customers. Products that are customized or engraved are also ineligible for return or refund.
